At Arco Consultancy, our story began years ago when our founder Polly Barnes started her 20 career in hospitality, she has worked with some of the best casual dining brands on the market, the last 10 years were at Operations Director level. She is analytical in approach, underpinned by her understanding of people having previously been Head Of Training for Wagamama, before embarking on an operational path. Having worked with entrepreneurs and restaurateurs she is quick to adapt to different working styles.
Arco came about from a passion for helping businesses succeed. Our founder saw a need for personalised, results-driven consulting services, and set out to create a company that would meet that need.
